My Lunar Girl groups are a safe space for girls to come together on a monthly basis and express their experiences of life, their journeys through puberty and their transition from primary to high school. I aim to build up trust within the groups so that a strong sense of support and inspiration can be created.

Firstly; Nature and the Hawthorn.
Secondly; Circles of Women who have been sitting together for Millennia.
They all coalesced to dance in and around me as the idea was delivered into my heart.
I had been reflecting on my own childhood and what would have made my path less lonely at times, I realised that a safe space for expression and creative, imaginative growth to explore my sense of self and the world, with other girls would have been like woven gold in our young hearts.
So I sent an email out to friends who had daughters of around 11 years, inviting their girls to join my first Lunar Girl Group.

The first group started coming to me when they were 11, they are now in their late teens, they drive themselves to see me when we can find dates in their busy college schedules. They have come to know and love our sessions so that they breathe huge deep sighs as they fall into the sofas as their nervous systems gently soften.

With the shifting sands of the Earth's ecology, Pandemics, Politics to name a few,  these girls have become young philosophers who need the space to really explore what is happening to society as we know it and what is the 'normal' they wish to create as we move into their future.

My time in nature and all the many extraordinary Women Healers and Intuitives I have been honoured to learn from over the years, they have shown me how to hold beautiful spaces, how to celebrate one another and how to feel the magic of Circle.

When I see the girls reaching out to support each other, when there is laughter and tears, when no one gets up as their parents arrive to collect them because they have sunk into a glorious space of togetherness and contentment.

I have recently moved to the small and ancient town of Brecon, mid Wales, surrounded by the ancient Beacons.
Our new garden has a most magnificent Magnolia tree, who blesses us with her shade and company.
I have a light filled sitting room that I use for being in circle with the girls and for the training we hold. Comfort is a priority for me so I have sofas and lots of cushions, it's a gentle space that helps girls and women drop into their softness.
