Lunar Groups
The two-hour sessions held on my land in Mid-Wales are founded on Kindness.
We nurture gentle love and care. The girls are encouraged to listen kindly and so to be heard through attentive, kind ears.
These are small groups of girls of 9yrs+.
They are often from difffferent local schools and come together weekly or monthly to enrich and expand their friendship circles. Within the sessions, huge emphasis is put on the beauty of friendship and how we learn to excel in it.
For young girls’ life can feel big and overwhelming, the world is changing fast and there is uncertainty in the air.
Lunar groups are safe spaces to be heard and understood, to breathe and relax. Every part of each girls is fully welcome with love and understanding in our circles.
